This is an inventory clearance project; due to continuous losses, the merchant has decided to clear out stock at a loss. All orders will be processed according to the following standard logistics procedure.
I. Shipping Information
Shipping Location: Shipped directly from the US warehouse.
All tableware sets are sorted and shipped from the US local warehouse.
Basic packaging and integrity checks are performed before shipment to ensure normal delivery.
II. Order Processing Time
Order processing time: Same-day processing.
After a user successfully places an order, the system automatically enters the processing flow.
Packaging, shipping, and logistics handover are completed on the same day.
III. Shipping Time
Standard shipping time: Delivery within 2 days. Local and international expedited logistics channels are used.
Actual arrival time may vary slightly due to region or peak logistics periods.
IV. Returns and After-Sales Logistics
Return Period: Returns can be requested within 30 days. For returns, please contact customer service for the return address and process. After confirmation of returned goods, the refund process will begin.
V. Refund Processing Time
Refund Arrival Time: Completed within 3 days.
Refunds will be automatically returned to the original payment account after successful return confirmation.
