This return policy applies to orders placed during our clearance sale of tableware sets.
This sale is a clearance inventory project; due to ongoing losses, the merchant has decided to proceed at a loss. All return and refund rules are as follows.
I. Return Application Conditions
Users can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be in basically intact condition (minor signs of use are acceptable). Returns are accepted for non-human-caused serious damage or malicious destruction.
II. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return application.
Obtain the return address and return instructions.
Send the goods back as required.
The warehouse confirms receipt and inspection.
The refund process begins.

Shipping Time: Delivered within 2 days
IV. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be credited to your account within 3 days of confirming the return.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.
If there are any issues with the order, customer service will contact the user first to confirm a solution.
